Faculty & Alumni
Alumni who hold their conference at the University of Windsor are able to rent full suites in the new hotel and conference centre at a discounted rate of $99 per night. In addition, Alumni can rent McPherson Lounge at 50% off the regular rate. McPherson Lounge is in the new hotel, along with a coffee shop/variety store for your convenience.
Those who stay overnight in Alumni Hall will receive a continental breakfast, free computer access and free photocopying and fax services at our front desk. All Alumni will be given a Welcome Package that will include coupons for surrounding area businesses and attractions, border crossing tokens and access to shuttles. Conference and Accommodation Services can also coordinate tours at no extra cost.
Type of Rooms:
Single and Shared: Two single beds in each room, two desks and lamps, communal style washrooms.
Townhouses: The standard unit has 5 single beds per unit, one bed per room, three washrooms, a kitchen and living room.
Hotel and Apartment Style: Two bedroom suites with a double bed in each room, a kitchenette, eating area with table and chairs and a private three-piece washroom.
